ANNOUNCEMENT OF FIFTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF IDEAS - 11 June 2008
All IDEAS members are invited to attend the Fifth Annual General Meeting.
DATE: Thursday July 3rd, 2008
TIME: 17:30 to approximately 19:00
Light refreshments will be served
VENUE: Senate Room, Robertson Hall, 6th Floor

Following the AGM, dinner for IPDET participants will be served in the Fresh Food Company, Res Commons Building, from 19:00 – 20:30. All IDEAS members will be welcome to join the IPDET delegates for dinner.
Those members who are able to attend are requested to inform Khadija Khan, IDEAS Secretary, by email in advance of the conference ( ). Institutional members should indicate the name of the individual who will represent their organisation.
You must be a paid-up member in order to attend and participate in the meeting. New members may pay their annual subscriptions and join IDEAS at any time prior to the meeting.
Attendance at the AGM will be at members’ own expense.
All members are invited to submit items for the agenda to the Secretariat.
